BAS BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED is a registered construction company headquartered at Firdous Plaza, Islamabad. We work as principal contractor and turnkey partner for private developers, business owners, institutions and families who need a building delivered properly — priced honestly, programmed realistically and built to the drawing.
Our teams self-perform the work that decides a project: excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concrete and structural steel. Everything else is coordinated under one accountable site management structure, so the client has a single point of responsibility from mobilisation to handover.
Design coordination, procurement, construction and commissioning stay under one management chain — no gaps between packages for problems to hide in.
Every schedule is sequenced from the required occupancy date, with float assigned where the risk actually sits — structure, wet trades and long-lead imports.
Cube tests, rebar inspections, level surveys and snag closures are logged per pour and per floor, and the full record is handed to the client at completion.

A 14-storey commercial tower with three basement levels, delivered as a design-build appointment. BAS BUILDERS self-performed the shoring, raft, frame and core, then coordinated façade, MEP and landlord fit-out to a fixed occupancy date.
